Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.

They are shipped via DPD with a tracking number and signature. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.


All orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 to 72 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays). Your order is then prepared and packed and delivered within 5 working days. In total, it takes about 10 working days.

Each time you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a second e-mail with your shipping confirmation including your order tracking number.

In busy periods, the preparation of the order may take up to 4 working days

Some orders may be linked to several warehouses, in which case the items are sent separately. 

If the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything in your mailbox, you need to take several steps:

Make sure that one of your neighbours or your guardian has not received the parcel in your place, make sure that your parcel has not been deposited in your nearest post office

If, despite these precautions, your parcel cannot be found, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier's customer service department. At the end of the carrier's investigation, a decision will be given on the loss or confirmation of delivery of your package.

In the event of a loss declared by the carrier, we will return your order or refund you.
